Officially, hello from up here in Alaska. I just bought a Vinson, thanks to advice from the guys here on the forum.

Accessories are as follows:
ITP aluminum rims
589 Mudlite tires (26x10x12 fronts and 26x12x12 rears)
Full aluminum underbody skid
Warn 2500 lb winch
Moose brand hand guards
New in the package, uninstalled hand warmers
Complete snow plow
2 helmets: one full face winter helmet and one motocross style helmet with scott goggles.

It has less than 400 miles on it. I am going to pick it up tonight. I previously borrowed this rig to go out on a moose hunt and it served me well. I am used to something a little bigger, but the concept of offroading is the same. I am currently president of an offroad club, Arctic Offroad, and my usual mode of offroad transport is this:

Welcome to the forum! I've heard a lot of good things about the Vinson, and Suzuki is a good company as well. Hope you have fun!!

 

Fisher's ATV world just had two shows with them riding up in Alaska. It looks like great fun with tons of trails. I have been to Alaska over 20 times but never did an ATV trip. Guess that will be the excuse to go one more time!! Welcome to the forum. I have two Vinsons and love them! I think you will be very happy with them. The heater needs some work though if you plan on riding it in the winter up there!!
