Polaris is in trouble? Thats a new one for me, and there resale is just as good as Honda. Check ebay!

 

What's resale got to do with anything? With all due respect this has nothing to do with resale but performance. The statements about Polaris service record are widely known. Hey...this isn't just about bashing these guys but...Polaris kinda asked for it using dishonest advertising.

 

I guess you guys missed my attempt at humor. The lol referrs to laughing, i was being scarcastic, which doesnt work very well in print.
Ive got no trouble with free speech, say what you want. I was just trying to lighten things up.

This isn't about bashing, eh. You are dong quite a good job a laying out facts about things that you know little about. Polaris in trouble? Show me where you saw hard evidence, not the classified section of your newspaper, stating that Polaris has fallen on hard times. I have owned atv's by all the manufactures, and they all have their good points and bad.
Dishonest advertisng? Advertising in it's very nature is designed to highlight the product that the ads are for. If the video was made by Suzuki, for the the King Quad, you would be saying that everything that was in the video was true. Sure Polaris is trying to sell more quads by showing the good feratures of their machines, and not the competition. That is how they make money.

 

It's just to bad Polaris has to decieve people with some of those tests, they obviously aren't giving any of the competition much of a fair chance..like not holding the override button in 4wd diff lock in the acceleration test. It does make me wonder why Bombardier and Polaris feel they have to make videos, and the big 4 don't.

Wow that was pretty frigin Foolish , You can probably bet that the speed of the bomber would beat them all , and the BF would be a very close second. No way that tub of a polaris would beat a BF unless the BF was running on one cyl. Oh and why did they not pick on the Bomber.The Bomber is way above the Pol. class. All pol. has in my opinion is a somewhat comfortable ride.

 

Hey isn't that funny. I have a smaller ATV 2004 Eiger Manual. Which coinsidently out pulls 2 Polaris' in our circle. One of which is a 700 and the other is a 500. OOh did I mention we had 8" of snow this week in my area of Pa. So I got to plow snow too. Yes, I did plow snow uphill both ways.

And for all you other doubters the Polaris is just as fast as a BF, faster than a KQ and beat the Bomb 800 in one shootout and came in a very close second (1.5 place) in another.

Face it you rice burning lovers Polaris WILL take over the #1 spot soon!
