Hey pastor...if you are looking for a work only quad... you could keep part of your loyality with suzuki with a Arctic Cat 500M. Manual tranny, ultra low, great work quad! You can get a dump box version too! Engine and tranny are made 100% by Suzuki...who owns 20% of thier company. I think the 500M is the best hard working quad out there!My Dad has one, and pulls over a thousand behind it on a regular basis... both on a trailer..and dragging ponderosa trunks around his yard. Then you still have some Suzuki in the quad!

Raptorlegs, you're exactly right in your estimate of why these stronger machines break. Twice the power on roughly the same platform, plenty will fail. It also has a lot less to do with "engineering" and a lot more to do with marketing. Bean counters wouldn't know where or how to check the tire pressure.
