Actually the largest I know of is 536cc from Tudor's Performance.
Tudor's Performance
They also make a 484 and a 500 stroker.
There are quite a few companies that make them, just do a google search
Falicon

Big Bore means the piston diameter is larger. (the hole is bigger)
Stroker means the crankshaft throw is longer. (the hole is longer)
Both can increase the cylinder volume or displacement (size) i.e. cubic centimeters or cubic inches in your American Car motors (383)
*typically strokers also include a larger bore piston to further increase the displacement
Stock Z:
90mm bore
62.6mm stroke
398cc
[90mm / 2 = 45mm] [45mm x 45mm x "pi" (3.14) = 6358.5] [6358.5 x 62.6mm = 398042cubic mm or 398.042cc (398)]
IF you increase either the bore or the stroke, the cubic centimeters will increase.

a guy here in town has a atv shop and i was talking to him and he has the 43? kit and he likes it. he was telling me about the 53? stroker . i was wondering why the cc were higher then a big bore.
so you still have to have it bored out for a stroker? i'm still looking at boondockers, my buddy just got his. if he likes it i may try it first. i want something dependible, i'm not trying to build a drag bike.
i trail ride alot so idon;t want to work on it all the time.

You should be able to throw a stroker crank in the bike with stock bore with some very significant gains. But, to make all out power, I would go with the bigbore plus stroker crank to get maximum torque & horsepower to boot. There is no replacement for displacement....except if your running NOS!

has your cousin thought about a big bore or nos ?choose. im likeing what ive heard about the 434 kit. i'm not trying to go all out. i'd still like to find old shee or wrecked ds to rebuild. i love my bike, ive had a shee, so i know alot of work and $ will be spend on mine to drag race. i rather put it into something that has better potential(shee-ds).
