Vinson owners!!

1000 miles and no problems as I write this. The front pads had to be replaced at just over 400 miles. The rears need replaced but haven't gotten around to it. The DP's I put on the front seem to be doing much better than the OEM's. The little plastic pins holding the fenders to the running boards don't stay in place to well. Need to buy a few to replace the ones that fell out. Love the reliability. I agree that the front bumper is not up to the rest of the machine. I want to get a Warn bumpr as well.

Hi I have an 03 vinson and I love it. I have 2300 km and have had no trouble til around 2100. Back pads were gone and lately when I wash the bike after a run and the temp outside drops my 4 wheel drive won't engage. After the bike heats up and I'm running her for about half hour whatever the problem is it goes away. The bike itself is excellent. I have a windsheild, super winch on the front , Kimpex two up seat and 25" Kenda Bear Claws. As for the bottom end power she does lack somewhat, however I didn't buy a raptor to wheelie lol Enjoy

I have an 03 Vinson 5 speed with 3200 miles, only problems have been muffler rattles which was repaired with a new muffler on warranty, and brake pads front and back. That is the most important thing to watch for, the oem pads wear out quickly, so keep and eye on them so you don't wreck your rotors. It never uses a drop of oil between oil changes either. I use it to push snow in winter, spray with it in the summer, pull a six foot disc to do the garden in summer, pull trailers, and do a pile of trail riding year round. It has been a terrific machine.
