Default Opinion on an Eiger, looking to get one

i just picked up a non-current 2005[new] , 5-spd , and have experienced the lean operation described by others, i have a question. is this lean factory jetting in order to make it california compliant, emmision wise, or is that the way they all come? and if rejetted do you void the warrantee? other than that it satisfys all my other expectations. if anyone else on this forum is in the market for an eiger, i can recommend a good source forsame, or if looking for a little more bike a non current vinson[also new]. im in chicago and shopped around for quite a while before deceiding to purchase. the only other quad experience i had was with an arctic cat 400 a friend picked up last year, and originally was looking at either that or a 300, as my needs were pretty much as a hunting augment, more utility than sport. anyway if your looking , i paid $3750 for mine ,out the door[he doesnt charge tax[sales] to out of staters. the vinsons as said are also 2005 vintage and are going for around $5K
