Default Suzuki bike troubles

I am assuming it is the dealer...many Eiger have no troubles at all, even without the basic maintenece needed. I would see if you could find a different dealer, or an independant shop to work on the machine, there is more then likley one small over looked thing that is causing your failures.

Also...where was the oil coming out of the motor from, and what caused the clutch to fail, and was the engine Seizure caused by lack of oil, not enough cooling, or running a lean mixture?

Good luck with the Eiger

I know what your going through. I have had some of the same problem's with suzuki. Although I love my Z400, I will never buy another Suzuki again. They seem to have the idea that once they sell you the bike, their done, And don't really care if you can't use it. Due to back ordered part's Good luck. Only took 3 month's for mine.

I would like Suzuki to place a post on this forum to explain their position on this. If they choose not to reply, one almost assumes that they may have a guilty conscience. (I'm not taking sides, I would just like to hear their side of the story.)

I had trouble with Suzuki's response on my Ozark. The spline on the drive shaft stripped out withing the first year. I tried to get them to fix it under warranty but of course that is only 6 months. When I called suzuki themselves they said the request had to come from the dealer and they really didn't want to talk to me, I tried it a few times. The dealer said they tried, right. I love the performance and the ride of the Suzuki's but don't expect any help from them. BTW I noticed the new one was chrome plated and the original wasn't.

Hey guys, I have kept emailing Suzuki Canada with no responce thus far. I have even asked them for a email address for Suzuki Japan seeing as I can not find one. They will not even give me that. If anyone out there knows this address, please let me know.
