What kind of mod did you do to your air box? What jet did you go to and where did you get it? My Eiger runs bad when cold and even when warm it likes to backfire when I shut it off. Sound like something a jet would help?

i have a z250 and i just took the whole baffle out, instead of just cutting the screen, made a little difference, but not as much as you would removing the air box lid

i drilled holes in the round part of the airbox lid on the inside, and put a bunch of holes in the snorkle part....seemed to help

*WARNING* not very reliable on a 4-stroke!

This is, however, a very good method on a 2-stroke.
