you'll probably need to change the main jet

I would just get a jet kit from rockymountain, the k&n comes with a variety so you can pick wich one is best for her bike.

Hmm I don't believe in buying a "kit" I know I just need to up the main jet but I am wondering how much? Anyone know the stock jet? What do you all have now? It is actually cheaper for me to hit the dyno and just buy about 3-4 jets then to get that whole kit... thanks for the suggestion though

I just wanted to ask a few questions. In the link it shows a Clutch lever so do you add another lever to the bike or do you get rid of the e-brake? And is it true that you can use the clutch whenever you want or does it make the bike into a full manual bike. And you should get the big gun it sounds awesome. The only problem i had was that the exhaust was lil to long so if i did a wheelie and would hit the grab bar it would hit the exhaust first but i cut it.

Does the clutch kit that you guys are talking about hold any better than the stock clutch? If not, is there any kind of upgraded clutch kit for our bikes that can hold up to more power?

I've got an Ozark with a Pro Circuit T4 pipe, TwinAir filter, jet kit, wheel spacers, High Lifter lift kit, 25" X 13.5" X 9" Super Swampers out back, and a few other mods. I am debating right now between adding either nitrous or a turbo, but I highly doubt the stock clutch will hold up to the increase in power, especially when I get into thick mud.

wow, you have one of the highest modified ozarks I have heard of, you should get some pics up. I am really excited to see this thing.

I haven't really seen what your talking about besides the manaul clutch conversion for the z and ozark.

i took the brake lever off and moved the brake assembly to the right then put on the clutch assembly on and yes you can ignore the clutch and just shift like it was or you can grab the clutch when shifting or for a burst of power...and you cut the pipe?...tell me more...and pics!!!

and also who did your carb? did you notice a difference? and is your big gun a slip on? i want the full system and also if its too long and i have to cut it who could cut it for me?...i know this makes me sound like a noob asking all these wquestions but i dont have the tools to cut a pipe and weld it and all and ive never seen a place that'll bore out carbs...and also if i needed it could i send my pipe and some money to you and have you cut it or something?...idk it really makes me sound like a noob or something and i wont be getting my pipe till about spring but yeah i really want to make my z sweet and rippin before i sell it...does anyone want me to post better pics of the clutch and the lever and all so you can see it better?...if you want me to i can go do it...

this is not a clutch for the engine, it simply adds a lever to the clutch so that it sort of makes it a manual bike

and also, id like to know who makes a turbo kit or a nitrous kit for an ozark...since the z250 and ozark share the same motor, id like to add a turbo kit to mine...but i havent even seen so much as a cam or piston...but anyway if youre looking for a clutch kit id go with this lever and then id go with an epi or dp clutch kit
