I've got an Ozark with a Pro Circuit T4 pipe, TwinAir filter, jet kit, wheel spacers, High Lifter lift kit, 25" X 13.5" X 9" Super Swampers out back, and a few other mods. I am debating right now between adding either nitrous or a turbo, but I highly doubt the stock clutch will hold up to the increase in power, especially when I get into thick mud.

this is not a clutch for the engine, it simply adds a lever to the clutch so that it sort of makes it a manual bike

and also, id like to know who makes a turbo kit or a nitrous kit for an ozark...since the z250 and ozark share the same motor, id like to add a turbo kit to mine...but i havent even seen so much as a cam or piston...but anyway if youre looking for a clutch kit id go with this lever and then id go with an epi or dp clutch kit

There is currently no turbo kit out there for our bikes. If I go the turbo route, I will do a simple draw through setup with a very small turbo like an RHB3 from the older 1.0L Chevy Sprint. I also want to check around at some local turbo shops to see what they can come up with. I don't want a LOT more power, just a bit more. 5 psi of boost would be more than enough to give me better top end than what the bike has now.

I am not new to turbo charging motors at all. I have owned 2 turbo cars, both of which got upgraded turbos installed on them. One of them was a 1989 Pontiac Sunbird GT Turbo and the other was a 2003 Dodge SRT-4.

I am leaning more and more to a turbo as apposed to nitrous. If for nothing else than a universal nitrous kit and a turbo will have almost the same initial cost, but after that initial cost, the turbo will give you free power whereas with nitrous you have to pay approximately $3 - $4 per pound for refills.

wow, you have one of the highest modified ozarks I have heard of, you should get some pics up. I am really excited to see this thing.

I haven't really seen what your talking about besides the manaul clutch conversion for the z and ozark.
I've got a few pics up on the net. Here are a couple that I've got right off hand witht he new tires on it.

I am currently looking for taller front tires to match the big rear tires. I think I might have found some 24" X 9" X 11" tires for the fronts.

I also have XM Satelite Radio and a set of small indoor/outdoor speakers on my Ozark.

My Ozark floats!! That is me standing beside it in the muddy water. Yes, I do actually use those big tires!!

Thanks for putting them up...pirty clean quad you got there 2 (D@MN Hose)

When you got your clutch did it feel like there was a big gain of performance as in riding a bigger quad?

Also does it seem like it shifts smooth like a regular manual?

Sorry for all the questions

Dunny

it's alright, i dont mind the questions...i did notice a gain in performance, and it shifts almost as smoothly as a full manual quad now...i will be ordering big gun evo x full system pipe, air intake, clutch, and pretty much any performance gaining product that's out there in the spring so if you have any tips let me know also...i would strongly reccomend this clutch to anyone serious about riding, it will help out in the worst situations, and it also makes riding a hell of a lot funner...and more questions?

Suzuki rider well when i went to the family mechanic to jey the bike he asked if i wanted him to bore out my carb for 50 dollars so i said why not. The big gun is not a slip on it is a full system. Im not to sure how much power the carb gave because the exhaust and carb was those together but the bike is awsome sounds great and rips. Cutting the exhayst is simple all you have to do is use an allen key to take the tip off use some type of cutting machine (my dad did it) then just make the wholes for the tip and screw it back in.
