What state you in? Last time i went up into the mountians i had my chain set pretty perfect. A few hours in it was stretched out so far i couldn't adjust the adjusters anymore. I started hearing this ripping noise. the chain was so stretched it was trying to keep turning around the rear sprocket till it ran out of slack than would pull itself off. I was getting kinda nervous so i didn't ruin my already ruined mag cover. I got some of this military aluminum apoxy (jb weld on huge steriods) came out amazing looks brand new!

It was aluminum apoxied, ground down, and repainted. You can hardly tell

If I ever find myself bored on a jobsite with a tape measure in my hand, sometimes I find out how far I can extend the tape without it snapping and falling to the ground. Sometimes I can get 7 or 8ft if its a sturdy tape. Well, I do the same thing with oring chains lol. I can get a good 5 or 6 inches out there anyway lol.
Haha randy i have a tape measure at my desk i do that all the time

Mine stretches, but so far I haven't had to take a link out. I adjusted it before my last trip to the mtns, its still ok. The callouses on my hands however still have blisters under them lol

What kind of epoxy is that and where can I get some?
