Also, how far out of parallel does my cylinder need to be to need boring?

nice ride^

weres a place to buy my upper and lower chain rollers? and other similar parts. i would like after market stuff if i can. cant seem to locate it anywhere. also how do you remove the baffle on the stock exhaust. i wanna mod it some because its still in good shape than but a new exhaust

Looking good bro, no more gold rims? I like it, makes me want to go wash mine up... or go for a ride lol

I also like those blue rear hubs, mine are blue too, i never re-painted them when i did everything a couple years ago

Thanks. Yeah I need to repaint the hubs, the paint is chipping pretty bad on them but I will repaint them a similar blue. And no more gold rims lol, I painted them they turned out alright, they're not perfect but I like em a lot better than the gold color that they were.

Last time I really got a chance to ride was a month or so ago but this weekend we're hitting the gravel pits so the ol girl can stretch her legs a little

As far as parts go try bikebandit.com I've had really good luck with them in the past. You'll be able to look at parts diagrams to determine which part you need. I've never removed the baffle on the stock exhaust so I'm not sure for that particular pipe.

Just a followup from a month and a half ago guys. I found the wire from the CDI to the ignition coil had a bad spot internally, it had green cheese growing in it and there was only two strands of copper still intact. Fixed the wire and now it runs great

ya i looked on there before. ill have to take a look at the muffler over the winter to see what i can do to it.

didnt see your post from before but im glad you got it running. just went out sunday and rode for a few hours. even though these quads arent very powerful i still had a blast
