Nate, did you try moving the needle clip? Did it make a difference?

no i went out at 7:30 this morning and put the stock exhaust back on so i didnt have to mess with it and loaded it up to go riding. i need to take the saw and cut the end of the header pipe so i can tighten it down with the gasket. then i will try going moving the clip down one and see what it does for me. mixture screw 2 turns out and stock exhaust ran great today so i was happy. then when im leaving a suzuki 250 racer pulls up and a big yamaha 4 stroke. both sounded mean. i would have loved to take the racer home with me but then i passed him and he was broke down and had to get a tow lol

Quadracers are pretty bad. So are raptors.

Move the clip up one. Not down. All I've been doing all week is carb work trying to get this 300 to run right. You can really use up a lot of time working on carbs!

This might sound stupid but I guess I never really thought about a spark arrestor. It actually straps sparks? Why would there be sparks coming out of the exhaust? That would mean they came out of the engine correct? I'm a diesel mechanic and in my world that means bad. Someone please explain this to me before I go crazy trying to figure it out. Thanks

72 stainless bolts and nuts in each rear tire and 40 in ench front tire. That's 224 nuts that say I can go where you can't lol

Somehow I had a tree poke up through my a-arms. It took a truck locked in 4x4 to pull me off that tree. That won't be happening again

Gonna add some more under the pegs after I get the plastic back on. Hate it when a tree grabs my brake or shifts me into neutral

Haven't taken it apart yet, but as far as I can tell the whole top end is the same as the 250s. So, all 250s parts are going in it.

I highly recommend getting one of these! You'll never have as much fun at 2 mph lol
