Maybe I should send the 250 off to be punched out and graphed it to the 230. Id have to streatch the swingarm another quater foot.. 4 extra inches never hurt a thing...............[img]i/expressions/devil.gif[/img]

I'd DEFINITELY do the 250! You got the better 4th gear, longer rod, better exhaust, bigger intake valve.... No reason not to use it!

Default 85 to 88 Suzuki LT230S Quadsport help.

i need a complete exaust system for my 86 230. stock is completely fine, i just need quiet and cheap ( my pipe broke in half, and the muffler was gutted when i bought it) so if anyone has a stock exaust that is in decent shape let me know with a pm or somthing. Thanks

Try ebay if no one has one here.

I give mine away awhile back. The dude didnt use it as far as I know. Cant find his email address at the moment. Ill keep looken.

well i adjusted the valves today and sure enough one kick and she fired up, i can finally give my calf a rest.

Gotta go to Nashville in th am. That will be 8 hours of windshield time (roundtrip) and 3 hours of tech work. I really like it when my truck works harder than I do[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
