I have one of those, the ride can be rough but its like a tank it has tons of torque. also those have a low range and a high range.

yeah i think so...i dont get Anything coming out of it...but i also dont get any reading on the plug wire either...so im going to start with the cdi first.

hey guys I got a 230s it runs really good, it also came with a ton of spare parts to (one frame complete w/everything including plastics, tires,axles, gas tank, another frame w/the front end and seat, 2 more gas tanks and a box of parts w/2 engines). he put a brand new wiseco piston and rings in it before I got it. anyway heres my question its a 85, is it supposed to have a key? it doesnt have one so Im wondering.

I adjusted the valve lash on that 230 today...it was actually pretty easy to be honest. I'll be making an article on it for the Vault soon.
After I finished, I kicked it over and it popped off, and after a little tinkering with the carb, I had it starting and idling really nice! After dinner, I took it down the block, went about 300 yards or so, went to turn around and it killed. Now I can't get it to start again.
Any ideas? This thing is just mind boggling. It might just be flooded right now though, I don't know.
