Has anyone out there heard of any problems with quadmaster 500? I bought a QM 500 in October '05, its a 2001 model 500 previously owned by an older gentalmen, has 455 miles, garage kept ( looks showroom condition). Just wondering if this model had any problems so I could get a jump on them. I just installed 27x9.5x12 Outlaws on the front and 27x12x12 Outlaws on the back, bolted right on the bike, looks and pulls great. Does anyone have this model bike with larger tires and if so what is your top speed? Thanks for any input.

I bought the identical quad about a year ago with a little less then 1,000 miles on it. Use it strictly as a utility and completly stock. Has been trouble free. Sitting in the cold for a month, starts up in a second. I've got 40 acres of timber and use it for dragging out logs and hauling firewood in a small trailer. Perfect for what I do.
