Default lt250r WOBBLES REALLY BAD!

My lt250r shakes sooooo bad on the road about 3rd gear it shakes so bad it makes my heart head. It has a new straight frame all new tie rods and ball joint. A Arm bushings are good wheel bearings are new. IT feels like it is in the front cause the handle bars wobble really bad. What could it be?

bent wheel or bad tire or brakes sticking . put the front of it up on a jack stand and spin each side and see what the tires do . or if 1 is harder to turn .

Check to make sure your tie rods are adjusted evenly...You might not notice it in the dirt but on the road the tires grab way more and you will feel a difference..

The tie rods are adjusted properly i adjusted them just like the owners manual said. The brakes dont stick and the tires have the right pressure 8PSI for the front. The spindles are newish and dont look bent. I mean when i spin the tires they have no wobble at all but it could be bent i just cant see it!

You could try to take the wheels off and measure from the tip of the spindle to the edge of the footpeg on the respective sides. To make sure it's accurate turn the bars all the way to lock on the side your measuring, also measure from the tip to the ground ..It should tell you if there is any difference in the geometry on either side.. Maybe slight tweak in one of the a arms??
