I just had mine stolen in December. I bought it brand new in march of '03 it was a '00. This thing sucked from day one in reliability regards. I couldn't keep plugs from fouling or the carb from getting dirty. The dealer saw it several times and could never fix it. With this said the quad had great power and was a real workhorse. It pulled my 3000+ manure spreader over my fields in hi gear. That was impressive! And it rode very nicely. Every 1-3 months the plug would foul. I highly recommend CR7E-K spark plugs. These are hard to find but they are a dual trode plug and work WAY better.

I continue to have trouble with my 4wd. I believe it is out of adjustment somehow. I block it off the ground, and while in 4wd, all four wheels will spin. But when i take it off the blocks and test on the ground, i'm left with 2wd and a slight clicking sound coming from what seems to be the front differential. Has anyone done this adjustment and have any tips? 2000 Quadmaster.

I haven't adjusted mine. Hopefully your front diff isn't blown and it's just not engaging fully. I like mine so far but it's slow compared to the people I ride with but I'm still in the front because I always hammer down. They have z400's and brute force 750. When I'm on theirs forget it, they're miles behind

I'm having trouble with my 4wd too. I've adjusted the cable to the diff case, and I even adusted the linkage (splined shaft) one notch - it's still pops out of 4wd on snow, mud or ice. Can anyone help?
