Default Vertically Tilted Wheel

On my Eiger, the front left wheel has become Vertically tilted like this: \
except not that bad, but still noticable at a glance. My friend said there is a thread with a bolt on it that could re-align it, but I can't find any thing, the left looks just like the right. I am thinking it could be the bearing but it doesn't shake and move all around when you grab the wheel and move it. Any ideas or know how to fix this?

I believe what youre referring to is the camber. Im not sure yours can be adjusted, the a arms are solid with no way to lenthen or shorten them.
Did it get involved in an accident? Hit a rock or stump hard?
Look for bent pieces of hardware, like a arms, and about the only safe way to get the camber back to spec, is to replace the bent parts. If you straighten it, or apply heat, it could leave it much weaker.

Sounds like you bent your frame where your upper A arm mounts

Well I don't know, I look for bent bars earlier today, but couldn't notice any thing at a glance, so I put the wheel back on and took it for a rip through the snow, and now it seems to be straight again. It was tilted like that for a few weeks and now it's back to straight...

I remember hitting things before pretty hard, one rock around the beginning of school time there, but I never noticed that until recently, weird.
