My friends Dad took my frends' LT-Z 400 out for a spin and flipped it under water. He already took the engine apart, and cleaned it, but it still won't start. He is trying to get ready for the races in a couple months, but can't. Please help ASAP!!!!!!! Thanks alot,

well buddy i dont now ahole lot but try to take the carb apart their might be water in the carb i hope this helps u out a little

 

does it have spark? check all you fuses, you might of shorted out the cdi box if you got water in it.make sure the kill switch isnt full of water and dirt
check the fuel petcock on the tank might be full of dirt and no gas os going through it
if its ok then check your carb, you could have something in it

 

What Mucky just said..... I have submarined mine once before , i just let it sit vertical for a half hour and got it to start up.
