Z400 corroding...Is it fixed?

Default Z400 corroding...Is it fixed?

Would like to buy a new o6 Z400 fo the ol lady, has this corroding issue been fixed by Suzuki...or should I wait?

wait, maybe for the '07.... Suzuki hasn't fully owned up to the issue. I doubt they will even change out the covers before they sell more. They may switch to the other coolant and it may fix them somewhat. I would ask that question at your dealer and see what they say.

As I said in another post. I have an 05 and have never had A problem. I also live in Vegas. But I have noticed that the one's complaining of this problem live up north or the east coast. I am wondering if it's not A climet problem. If anyone on the west coast has had this problem I would like to hear about it.

I live up north in the northeast and I work for a suzuki dealership I have never had this issue or seen this isse with my quads or any I have sold or at lease they havent told me of it.

Default Z400 corroding...Is it fixed?

Go get one. Even if you have that clutch cover problem, It's a easy fix. Just buy the 04 cover. It's not stopping me from getting one.
