Default axle boot

I rode in lots of snow and one boot ( inner ) is all twisted and collapsed, however no grease came out.

Do you think I can slide the small collar over the little shoulder on the shaft to let some air in and to re=shape the boot properly ??

I already have one collar removed from one of the front axle boot that I have replaced with a good quality tie wrap, maybe I can brake the rear one if there is no other solution ?

I dont think that a new boot will be that expensive, though it can be a lengthy project. What is the machine?

The boot is still good, just twisted, imagine one end that didnt turn held in place by some ice and the other end that have turn like 1/2 turn
