quadzilla' tiny hole under water pump?

some thing happened to me to day was out riding weep hole was leaking then looked at my oil in case and all white need to change oil and all new water pump seals

Default Lt500r water pump
I’m ready to install the mechanical seal. And the white and rubber gasket that goes under the impeller goes which way. White part facing mechanical seal or white part facing the bottom of the impeller?? Thank you
