Hi, im looking into buying an Lt230 atv but im not sure if its right for me. I have woods in the back of my house with tight trails and some small jumps, would the Lt230 be good for this? I mean i can get one for 600 bucks. Thanks.

 

Go ahead and get it. $600 is not a bad price, though I haven't seen it. I don't think you'll be disappointed. My son and I taken his through all kinds of nasty trails and it's held up fine.

 

lt230's are awesome trail quads, very light and pretty good power for there size and lots of fun

 

Yes, if you are talking about the quadsport. They are small, very light, and pretty capable trail quads. Definately see that it doesn't smoke when running. I have seen quite a few that have needed rebuilds, but then again that should be expected from a 20 year old quad. For $600.00 I would probably buy another one just for giggles.

 

Hey thanks alot you guys, this really helps. And coincidendently, the guy im buying from has 3 of them, so if i wanted i could buy them all, but i dont have the room. Thanks again. Also the guy said he jusd rebuilt the whole thing from the ground up, the only reason its so cheap is because the main parts arent put on, like the plastics and exhaust pipe, which is a 30 minute job.
