Heh. When i bought my quad and my extended warranty he told me that i HAD to used zuki oil and filters or my warranty would be voided. He also asked me if i understood this.

Were you not told this?
Since they told me this i wont take any chances. Why fool with it? They oil would be a little harder to tell though.

There was no hiding the fact that Id' race the quad since I'm in there at least 2x per month buying stuff. (normal upkeep) Also, there are a few guys in the shop that either also race in the same circut we do or go to the local races so I couldn't hide the fact that the quad would be raced... not to mention, I ordered the yoshi carbon pipe through them and the warrenty I was shown indicated that the factory pipe must be left on the quad otherwise the warranty would be voided...

like I said before, from past experiences they would look for a reason to void a warranty... when I first bought my blaster way before we ever thought about racing, the top end blew up after 4 months... I still had the factory oil injection system in it, stock balloon tires, etc... They still refused to warrantee it saying that I let sand get into the oil resi... BS... In the long run I didn't get anyware...

I've since picked a local a motor builder to sponsor us and pumped the motors up, he hooks me up with a good price on Castro 747, premix my own U2 gas, and have had NO problems with them thus far (knocking on wood)... I myself consider the extended warrantees a sucker bet.... don't ge me wrong, for some people they are very good to have... but in my experience I won't drop another dime into someones commishion check for a warrantee... you have to fight to get them to cover it anyways... not worth it for me....

Let's all face it. Suzuki is only interested in selling the quad's. The rest they leave up to the dealer's, And if it mean's it would cost the dealer to make it right. It's not going to happen. I love my Z400 but will never buy Suzuki again.
