z-400 hp
I suppose mine will break the 39-40h.p. mark. I am gonna be purchasing the crank offset pin by yoshi, and an athena 434 big bore kit. I guess that will put me somewhere in the low 60's with the head ported and polished, and get the cams modified. Will that setup make my z a 470 or something? I want it to be lightning fast, but still reliable. I figure that 470 kit sounds pretty safe. No case boring. Does anyone else have this setup and if so how does it run. Peace.

my friends 440 had 48 hp .
pipe yoshi
i ported the heads stock valves
hot cam
rev box . sucks and started hard ,went back to stock had more hp
striker carb 39 mm
we drag double elimination against 300 quads , place 1,2,4 i was forth they said i red lighted
the 440 was first
honda 450 stock , jet kit
686 raptor/to many mods
it was unfair , there were some idiots that had paddles on lol

isnt stock around 28? thats at the wheels i think. mucky that run on your 440 was at the wheels wasnt it?
im hoping to find a dyno to do mine, im having some jetting probs. got a jett kit(not on yet), but i put a uni filter on the carb(no air box)(2 1/4 - 4 ) . i had it running rich-lean and rich on top, now good on bottom lean mid-top. so im going to throw the jet kit on this week and just throw jets at it till i get lucky.
i had a 180 main(mukini) and now thats lean , guess ill just play with it!!!!!
