Default Flywheel balance?

Ok I got my flywheel off, after closer inspection I noticed part of the magnet is missing. It is my understanding this part is supposed to be balanced. I stopped right there because unlike the previous owner I care about the motor. This flywheel should be replaced in mmy opinion what do you think? Also I have seen some so called light weight flywheels. They look like a little metal was shaved outside of the housing. Has anyone tried these? They are selling for about $100 and claim higher revs and quicker acceleration. Or are these just a gimmic.

Although I've never used a lightened flywheel, they do, in theory let the motor rev faster. However from what I hear you will lose a small % of low end power(which 2 strokes usually lack anyway) and sometimes your bike won't idle at lower rpms as it would usually. I would hit up Ebay for a stock one if 'i were you, I picked one up for less than $50 for my ATC.
