i already have very good low end.but if i drop a tooth in the front wont it be too much low end and not enough top end.. i have no air box lid and i have the big gun rev box and the ct racing exhaust..

 

ive never been where your going. is there lots of big hills or more flat area to ride?
stock is great for trail riding and flats. when Im at the dunes I have to regear to keep my
rpm's up for the big stuff. thats why people regear to keep the rpm higher so you dont have to shift to much
I was told once that you cant have top end speed and low end torque. I know the higher top speed = less torque low end
and the more torque in the low end = less top speed

 

i hope i have fun up there.. iv been racing dirtbikes for three years.. hare scrambles is what im into. my brother and i wanna race our quads in a race one of these days.

 

so, what is the best sand tire for the z 400?? a friend of mine was running sand geckos..yes geckos, and was keeping up with our pack of DS650s (no we arent retarded lol)

i have another friend who just got a z 400 and is looking for paddles..what do you guys say??? haulers??? sand skates??
