Default Ozark spark arrestor

Can anyone tell me where the adjustment screw is on this carb and how do I richen it up a little.

Also how can I tell if it is running lean?

I also didn't remove the arrestor I just drilled 2 big holes in the right under the screen in the metal tube and it sounds great.

The dealer said that even if I completely removed the arrestor I still probably wouldn't be running lean but I dont want to take any chances.
