Problem with brand new +2 a arms lt250r
you want the wheels to be towed in alittle bit when the machine is just sitting by it self, this way when you sit on it or go over terain the suspension pushes the wheels straight. adjust your tie rods longer alittle bit just enought where the tires appears to be pointing in. its a tedius process but it pays off if you do it right

You are experiencing an issue that has to do with front geometry, and the relationship between the tie rod mounting points and the a arm mounting points. On the LT, the frame is wider than most in the front so the tie rods are quite a bit longer than the a arms, more so than other models. As the suspension goes through its motion, that relationship with longer a arms exagerates the error.
Or at least that's what I think.

There is no real fix for the front end problems aside from having an aftermarket frame made.
