I've got my contract in hand also. When service is needed, any dealer can look it up in their computer. Might not be owned by Suzuki but it sure is in their computer if you have the Suzuki SEP plan. Seen it first hand. You need to find another dealer. Not all of them are crooks. Some yes, but not all of them.
