Default Ticking in the engine

A couple of weeks ago i was riding my 4-wheeler home from my sister in the woods
and it was raining real hard. The 4-wheeler shut off once on the way home and I
thought that it was just the engine acting up like it sometimes did.So i was driving it and
smoke started to come out of it and i could understand why and i thougth that it was just
water hitting the excaust so i got on the highway to pull into my drive way and it died, turns out the
engine seals broke and the oil all burnt up So that same day,my Dad and i put a new
engine in it this engine runs fine but it ticks really bad the higher the rpms get the
more it ticks. Is there anyone how knows what I can do to fix this engine. And to make the tickiing
Go away.

the valves need adjusted or the cam chain is loose or stretch either way get it fit or it will be like the last motor it will stick a valve through the top of the piston, or bend one or were parts out and maybe ruin the head, or i could be wrong
