Where to find starter???
#1
For $200 I can get a 160 Suzuki that needs a starter but is in otherwise decent shape. Their dealer told them it needed $500 or so to fix it, but he was trying to make a little extra from what I understand. I am trying to find out where I can get a starter for this machine for a decent price. I am hoping to be able to make a few hundred dollars off of fixing it and selling it quick, so I need to get as good a deal as possible on a starter. Can anyone tell me where to look or give me some idea of what I am going to have to pay for a starter?

I had a starter go bad on one of our LT-80's and everywhere I shopped, the price was around 260.00. I finally took apart another bad starter I had and made one good one out of 2 bad ones.
bite the bullet & pay the money. Install it yourself to save $$$$. The thing should be very easy to install. 2 bolts & 2 wires.
