Hey, I just have a question about the shifter on an LT230S. I just bought one yesterday and I noticed that the shifter can actually pop all the way up and around on a hard upshift. This happened to me and a couple of other people just riding it around yesterday. I was just curious if anyone else has this problem on this quad or any others like it. What can I do to fix it? Do I have to replace all of the shifter components?

 

i had a 230 that had a shifter attached right to the shifter shaft eliminating the need for the stock linkage. it was a little short though. but worked good.
