Default Best Premix???

my motor mechanic told me day one to stay away from yamalube.... I only use Castol 747 mixed 40-1 with U2 on my race motors and 32-1 with 92 octane on my stock motors. I havn't had a problem with blowing a motor yet or fowling a plug with these combinations yet.

Hope it helps.

I use Torco GP-7 in all my 2 strokes. I mix it at 40-1. You can use any oil you want to but should find a favorite and stick to it.

Maxima makes fine Products if its not highly modified you may want to use Super M. The only time I used 927 was when I had done allot of motor mods like porting and milling the head for more compression the only draw back to 927 is you will need to clean the power valves more frequently as it tends to gum them up.

A freind turned me on to Bel Ray H1R a couple years ago and I love it and have used it ever since

Hope this helps, mywifesquad is right pick one and stick with it.

As a motor builder I recommend::
Torco GP-7 (torcousa.com)
Klotz R-50
Maxima SuperM
In that order.
Torco has been the best oil I have ever used. I've seen year old pistons look brand new.
Some like 927 and it is a very good oil (better than the yam IMO). When I switched away from 927 I had better plug color immediately.
I mix at 32:1

Golden Spectro~~ACK!!!

Modifications have nothing to do with what oil you use.

I don't care for the spectro.
2 customers used it, both had problems.
