Time to find a new dealer or call Suzuki direct. Unless there are clear signs of abuse, you should have a case.

I have an ozark and its an 02 and have had nothing wrong with it except a blown fuse...What exaclty is wrong with it becuase it could be something minor that won't allow the enigne to turn over...If the engine really is blown and you do have the warrenty still covering the quad a good way to get them moving is have a lawyer send them a letter and they should start doing stuff

Nice kq topgun by the way

The rings may be shot, and is smoking really bad. They said it had to much oil in it, but I never added any.
But anyway, they drained the oil, and put new filters in and told me to drive it a few hours to see if the oil burns off. If it doesn't then he said that the rings are shot and that they would have to rebuild the engine. But he said it would not be covered because I abused it, which is crap!! I already paid $110.00 to basically change the filters. I could understand if I had a extended warranty and it was a few years old, but 2 months old is a liitle ridiculous.
