They look like they could be adjustable, but they didn't provide a tool. A guy that owned an ex said they look just like his, and can be adjusted.

 

my 04 can so im sure urs can be adjusted..my tool came with the tool kit thats under the seat...you can only adjust the stiffness/softness tho.

 

You mean just the spring, right? This one has a disc lookin thing, with 2 holes in it. It looks like if you had a flat piece of metal with 2 pins, you could turn it. It's in the same place where the adjustment would me.
