I have the 700 Arctic Cat. I am noticing that when the engine warms up I am loosing a lot of low end power. when the engine is cold it has all the power it did since new, but when it warms up it seems like the lag has gotten worse. I only have 250 miles on it but it is noticably different as to opose to when it was new.

You probably got it fixed by now. If not check to see if it has dirt in the buterfly valve, is burning oil, puffing smoke, hard starting when hot, or even stalling. If so get a foam filter on it YESTERDAY!!!!! Hope this helps and check out some of the other posts. Tons of information here.
