Default Need maintenence info on this old king quad 300

I just got this king quad, Im not even sure of the year, i wanna say around 94 and I'm trying to find some info and specs on it. It looks like it literally rolled off a cliff, heres a picture http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3237411 I got it for free so the price was right, Im not new to quads, just not familiar with this particular one. Engine oil, how much, where the heck is the fill plug. Does the transmission use the same oil as the motor or is there a seperate place to fill it. Also on the left handlebar Im thinking is the choke lever, which way is the choke engaged up or down. I just got it running and Id like to just change all the fluids and use it as a beater since it would be a waste to try and fix it up. Any suggestions are welcome.

I hope this somewhat helps. You fill the oil level in the back of the atv looking at the rear of the atv it's close to the right rear wheel. There is a plug you turn out it's close to the ball hitch. I use Vavoline 10W40 atv oil you can get it at most autozone stores. The drain plug is under the atv you have to take the middle skid plat off to get to it. But I just cut the skid plate to where I don't have to take it off to drain the oil. Make sure you check the BRAKES. They are drum brake that really suck. They rust and corriode bad especially the back brake. When I bought my bike there was no brakes at all. The front lines where almost frozen and it was very hard to blead the front brakes. So clean the brake throughly. You can check my bike out on my profile. I think up is choke I'm not sure on that cause I jetted my bike to where I don't have to use it a lot. I think I jetted it to rich cause in the cold weather it spudders in mid first gear but after it warms up it stops. And I tried taking the air filter lid off it stopped spuddering. But I got tired of messing with it and left it like that. In the summer it doesn't spudder at all. The bike is very hard to jet right I think perfect but actually jetting it isn't that bad. I put a supertrap pipe on it and it really has a low good tone. Here is another page that might help you some check this out.

Hope this helps.
