1996 LT-250 Does not run right when hot
The quad starts right up and runs fine for 10-15 minutes. The rpm is a little high. The throttle is responsive and it runs smooth.
After 10-15 minutes the rpm will not stay up at idle, if it stalls it will not restart until it cools down. Holding the throttle wide open does not help if it stalls while warm/hot. The throttle is not as responsive after 10-15 minutes, it bogs at first and it surges at wide open throttle when warm/hot. Putting on the choke after it warms up tries to kill it, so I believe the choke is not the problem.
Maybe the float level is wrong, but it works good for 10-15 minutes, so I did not want to start messing with that.
The exhaust is a little loud, I think I need to repack it.
Thanks in advance for the help.
