No problem, Simply wire it to your battery using a switch with a inline fuse. Or you could wire it just beyond the key switch so it will go off when the machine does. Keep the wattage low so as not to drain your battery while you ride. The charging system needs to be able to replenish the battery and carry the additional load comfortably. Don't be loading it with 100watt Hella's or anything! I think the std is about 25/35 watts. Throw in a L.E.D. tail light while you're at it, they consume less that .25 watts! Another option is a run the headlight off a battery from an RC car. Use 6 volt bulbs with the rechargable 7.2 volt battery pack. It will provide about 20 mins of usable light . Just remember to plug it in when you get home! Good Luck
