LT230 Hubs/Axle or both?

The rear wheels on my 86 LT 230 quadrunner are always loose and I continue to retighten.
So what will fix the problem replacing the hubs, the axle or both?

probbaly both, you should check the splines on the axle and hub and see if yo can get away woth just one.
