quadzilla spitting oil, please help
#1
I'm a new quadzilla owner and I have a problem. The quadzilla I bought is an 87' model, the motor has been reworked and ported. The motor runs great, starts great, and is very fast. When I was racing, I was giving it all it had and it spit out some oil from the exhaust where it slips onto the flange. It did this twice and it never stalled or anything like that. The quad was running a 430 main jet at 750' elevation and now its running a 390 main at 3800'. Is this oil from the pre-mix or what? I'm running 32:1. Please help...

Hi,
As the others have said, yes it's pretty normal to leak some 2-s oil from around the pipe/flange connection.
There is only 1 LT500 pipe that has a billet double o-ring flange that solves this issue.........
Enjoy your LT............ there's nothing like it.

It just burps some out at WOT, I guess it was the remains of the YFZ I had just raced. One more question, where can I get a DR Q exhaust from?
