Default Grease wheels?

I have a 2001 LTF160.
I want to grease the wheels (bearings).
The thing that covers the wheel look like a black rubber cap that says Suzuki on it.
I don't want to break it taking it off.
Does it unscrew? Do you pry it off with a screw driver?
What is the proper method to remove it?

Thanks,

The owners manual shows I am suppose to grease behind this cover, but it doesn't show how to remove and I'm afraid of breaking it if I remove it wrong.

You have to take the wheel off to get the cap off. Then you have to remove the nut. You can then remove the bearings and pack them, or buy sealed ones.
