I would like to drop the foot pegs on my ltz 400 about 2-3 inches because i am 6'6" and sometimes i feel a bit crouched lol. Anyone know of a manufacturer that makes these or how to do it if not? has anyone tried this?

Never seen anything for this, I would guess you will have to make your own, shouldnt be to hard.

With the pegs lower then the frame I would worry about catching my toes on the ground. Im also wondering how good the shifter would work with your foot lower.

 

maybe you should raise the seat and bars might be easier, but your CoG would be higher making it more tippy

 

ahh not a big deal either way prolly should just leave well enough alone didnt think about all these factors.

 

Adjusting your bars forward might help a little.

 

i'm 6'4 and found that by switching to motocross bars with a small rise its alot more comfortable, besides if you drop the pegs its a pain to get your foot over the shifter to down shift.
