Default Just saw new 450 kingquad!

I went in and looked one over. It is the same size as the kingquad 700(much larger than my kodiak 450). It seems be the best in the 400-500 class with all the options and a price of $6499 for standard colors

I'm just not sure about the EFI on that one and don't really like 1st year quads....also a leftover grizzly may be the same price range....?

Buying an old Grizz might be a mistake. The new one is dramatically improved over the old, and the new generation of quads in general is going to be significantly better. Technology is rapidly improving, the patient people will reap the rewards.

TLC, that 450 may just be more powerful than the 500"Vision" LOL. Plus it has IRS and all the other goodies its' big brother has. Price is going to be within a few hundred $$$ MSRP if you are comparing just solid colors or just camo editions.

Not sure...but I don't think suzuki's 450 has anything the grizzly don't minus the EFI.....the old grizzly was great, but the new one is better for those who have the cheese

Its only about 400 more than the eiger. The IRS and front diff lock is worth 400 alone. I like the way the eiger looks better but the kingquad 450 has more options.
same here, i hate the looks of the kq450 and the vinson, especially the vinson, it looks like a polaris with the light on the handle bars, i love the way the 03eiger looks

But once you roll a 500 Vinson and smash off the pod on the handle bars then you made yourself a 500 Eiger!

Yeah, a 500 Eiger would be cool, but how come no one ever says "Man, those Vinsons sure are good in the mud,"?

I hear it about the Eiger all the time, but NEVER about the Vinson. Why?

Hmm. I never heard that about the Eiger. Muddin comes down to too many variables to just say one quad is better than the other, especially when they are so similar (Eiger/Vinson).

I still think the Eiger and Vinson are better machines, The 450 KingQuad has the Chinese made, belt drive engine. Look at it! Its the same engine Yamaha and Kawasaki uses!
