Friend of mine put the piston back in his JR 80 2 cycle. The bike starts right up but doesn't sound right. Almost like a constant rrrrrrr sound which is pretty loud and seems to be coming from jug. He was wondering which way the arrow should face on the piston. He thought it was facing to the front when he took it apart but he's not sure. Thanks.

 

if im not mistaken the arrow should be pointing in the direction of the exhaust ports? someone correct me if wrong.

on most or all quad motors the exhaust is facing forward which is the front of the motor
