Default Z400 bigger carb

Has anyone put a bigger carb on their kfx/ltz400? What kind did you use/size? Any drawbacks? I think when I do the 440 big bore I'm gonna need a bigger carb. I just don't know what would be a god one. I trail ride more than I go to the dunes, so bottom end response it important. I'm thinking about a 450r or YFZ450 carb. Anyone done this?

YA I did it .I did a 440 w/wiesco 12:5-1 comp.,head ported, drz valve springs, hot cams stage 2,cdi box, full yoshi titanium, lid off air box ......... AND A CRF 41ml carb ......... I have had the worst bottem end bog with this carb.I put my stocker back on,jetted it and no more low end bog.I was told to step down to a 39ml crf and that would help. You can go to thumperfaq.com and check out the jetting issues with the crf.IT gets pretty compicated!!!
