I'll explain it this way...
We are fighting to keep riding area's open and excessively loud exhausts are a major problem.
You have a very fine machine. Please don't make it obnoxious.

I concure with LT80, the power gains would be nill to non-existant. Further more a small bore 4 stroke like your's would just sound like a ratted-out old lawn mower with no muffler. Don't sound or look like a 'tard man.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

baffle as in spark arrestor, if so then on the end of the mufler there is a nut and bolt take off tteh bolt and pull it out, it sounds better with it out. this weekend ill try to get ictures for you if you need them

take off the nut in the bottom then get a flat head screw driver put it againt the part that comes up and hammer it around till it comes out sounds alot better i did it on mine wen it was stock sounds alot better
