how do u get the baffle out of a ltz250[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

I'll explain it this way...
We are fighting to keep riding area's open and excessively loud exhausts are a major problem.
You have a very fine machine. Please don't make it obnoxious.
There is little to non power gain from that anyways.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I concure with LT80, the power gains would be nill to non-existant. Further more a small bore 4 stroke like your's would just sound like a ratted-out old lawn mower with no muffler. Don't sound or look like a 'tard man.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Default how to get the baffle out of a z250

baffle as in spark arrestor, if so then on the end of the mufler there is a nut and bolt take off tteh bolt and pull it out, it sounds better with it out. this weekend ill try to get ictures for you if you need them

take off the nut in the bottom then get a flat head screw driver put it againt the part that comes up and hammer it around till it comes out sounds alot better i did it on mine wen it was stock sounds alot better

metal part on baffle and the part that u hold hit with the hammer on the top and it should come off easy

no the inside of it where the little mettale peace of the exauhst or do u like take off the whole end of ur exauhst were it comes out

alright the part where the end cap is at the end of the endcap there is a piece of metal that goes around the tip hammer that part out after u remove the screw under the pipe
