suzuki bond 1207b

when replacing the water pump on a lt500 it calls for suzuki bond 1207d on the mating surfaces. will anything else work, like threebond 1207b, permatex, etc.

i use hondabond ht, its $14 a tube. you don't want to cheap out on something like that, no need to pull it apart again! the threebond will work fine.
